Mobius Water Heater
Creative Energy Technologies Inc:Inside And Outside Installation Information For The Takagi T-M1 Tankless Gas Water Heater
Mobius is designed with flexibility in mind. Because it is so small and lightweight, Mobius is fast and easy to install both inside and outside. Plus, you can link up to so units together to increase your hot water capacity - you won't find a more versatile system anywhere.

The T-M1 is amazingly compact. Its dimensions are 24 inches high by 18 inches wide by 9 inches deep and it weighs only 70 pounds. It occupies less than 2.5 cubic feet compared to a 100 gallon water heater which takes up about 24 cubic feet. Its compact design allows the T-M1 to be hung on a wall, inside or outside, or installed wherever there is space available as long as it is properly vented.

A unique feature of the T-M1 is its flexibility when used for large scale applications such hotel, motel, apartment and other commercial structures. Up to 20 T-M1 units may be installed together using a single main control system. When installed in this manner, the T-M1 units can replace the space consuming, inefficient boilers used in most large buildings. Further, the use of T-M1 units allow the building owner to customize the water heating system by using the correct number of units to more accurately meet the building's hot water requirements. For even larger applications, more than 20 units can be installed and linked using multiple control systems. When you use the T-M1 multi-system, you don't have to burn a million BTU's for one application, just burn only as much as you need.

An added benefit in commercial applications is that because of the T-M1"s ' light weight and small size, installation can be a one person job compared to the crew and equipment needed to install a boiler. Also, unlike a conventional boiler which if it fails, deprives all hot water to the building, a T-M1 grouping will continue to deliver hot water even if trouble should develop with one unit.
