Trouble Shooting Tankless Water Heaters

WARNING: Turn off the electrical power supply and close the manual gas control valve and the manual water control valve before servicing.

The unit should be checked once a year or as necessary by a licensed technician.

If Your Water Pressure Drops / Less Water Output:

Clean the cold water inlet filter

  1. Be sure that all openings for combustion and ventilation air are not block
  2. Check that the exhaust vent pipe is not blocked
  3. Check the gas pressure
  4. Keep the area around the water heater clear. Remove any combustible material, gasoline or any flammable vapors/liquids
